An avid runner and cyclist, Mary understands the challenges that the "not so bendy" experience in yoga. In her classes, she offers pose modifications and props to make yoga accessible to everyone. Mary provides a strong focus on alignment as well as linking breath with movement. While encouraging students to enjoy yoga, she invites them to challenge their bodies and minds.
